How it Works

You'll get to be as specific as you'd like through the process, so don't hesitate to start by letting me know what you have been dreaming of for your personal suite.

Step 1: Reserve Your Project

To reserve your invitation project, submit an Inquiry Form. I will get back to you quickly with an initial proposal and contract. Once a retainer payment is made your suite is on the calendar.

Scheduling ranges from several months to over a year in advance. Please contact me with your mailing deadline, and I will verify availability.

Step 2: Consultation

Because each suite is entirely custom, I will provide you with a full quote based on what you are looking for. I price based on the amount of illustration and wording, as well as which suite pieces are needed, and a few other design factors.

Step 3: Sketches and Color Palette

Based on our consultation, we'll determine the sketches and color palette for your wedding invitation suite. When the sketch and colors are approved, you'll get an invoice for the remaining balance. Then the painting process begins.

Step 4: Painting

My design pricing includes entirely custom designs, hand painted, and scanned to create high resolution digital files for printing. It also includes endless revisions (within reason) to make sure you love it.

Step 5: Printing

I offer a full range of printing options, including full colour printing, regular and double thickness paper stocks, custom die cut shapes, envelope liners, and more.

Step 6: At Your Door

Scheduling ranges from several months to over a year in advance. Please contact me with your mailing deadline and I will verify availability in my current schedule.

I do try to keep room in my schedule for rush orders, please let me know if you have a tight timeline and I will let you know if it can be accommodated.
